Privacy
Kingdom Base holds some of the most personal information there is: the names, numbers, prayers and faith journeys of people you meet. This page explains plainly what is stored, who can see it, and how you control it.

Your contacts are private to you unless you share them with a team. Nothing is sold, rented or used for advertising. Analytics are cookieless and anonymous. You can export or erase your Kingdom Base data at any time from your profile.
Your account: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), and an optional profile photo.
The people you log: name, phone number, email, city and country, notes, where they are on their faith journey, follow-up reminders, prayer requests, testimonies, an optional photo, and an optional map location if you choose to pin one.
Team outreach: outreach session tallies, the names of team members on a session, photos of paper tally sheets, and the people transcribed from them.
If you save a person while offline, they wait in your browser's storage on that device and are uploaded when you reconnect. The free Your Story in 60 Seconds builder keeps what you type in your browser so you can come back and practise; it is never sent to Kingdom Base. Clearing your browser data removes both.
Only save someone's details with their permission, and save only what you need to follow up well. If someone asks you to delete their information, delete their contact — it is removed from Kingdom Base. The field guide covers consent and privacy on the street.
You. Contacts, notes, prayers and follow-ups are private to your account by default.
Your team, when you choose. If you share a contact with a team, members of that team can see it and help follow up. Outreach sessions and their tally-sheet photos are visible to the members of the team they belong to.
The public, only for things meant to be public: the team directory shows each public team's name, description, location, website and total counts (members, outreach sessions, conversations, salvations) — never individual people. Testimonies appear on the Wall of Miracles only if their author switches them to public.
To learn which pages and tools help people, Kingdom Base counts page views and button clicks in its own database. No cookies are set, no IP addresses are stored, and no account or person is attached to an event. Paths are stripped of IDs before they are sent (for example /contacts/:id). A random tab identifier is kept in session storage and is deleted when the tab closes. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is recorded.
Supabase stores the database, authentication and uploaded files. Vercel hosts and delivers the website. Resend sends account emails such as password resets, and the Kingdom Base email letters if you subscribe to them — every letter has an unsubscribe link. Google Fonts serves the typefaces, which shares your IP address with Google when fonts load. QR codes in the share kit and tally sheet are drawn by api.qrserver.com, which receives the web address encoded in the code (never your contacts).
Location is used only when you choose to pin a contact or use location features. Notifications are used only if you turn on follow-up reminders, and you can turn them off in your profile. Your camera or photo library is used only when you add a photo.
From Profile → Your data you can download everything you have entered (JSON) or your contacts as a spreadsheet (CSV), and permanently erase your Kingdom Base data: contacts, notes, follow-ups, prayer requests, testimonies, team posts, notifications and photos. Outreach sessions you logged stay with their team so its history is not lost.
Your sign-in is shared with other Thy Kingdom Network apps, so erasing your Kingdom Base data does not close the login itself. To close it completely, email hello@thykingdom.net.
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Database access rules ensure each account can read only its own records and the records of teams it belongs to. No system is perfect; if you believe something is wrong, tell us right away.
Kingdom Base is a tool for people doing outreach and is not intended for children under 13.
If these practices change, this page will be updated and the date below revised. Questions or requests: hello@thykingdom.net.
