No. Kingdom Base is built for ordinary believers. If you can send a text message you can use it. Most people log their first person within about thirty seconds of signing up.
Create a free account, then tap the + button and enter a name. That's the whole first step. A first-week checklist on the dashboard walks you through logging a person, opening the share kit, starting a street session, scheduling a follow-up, and praying for someone by name.
On the sign-in page, enter your email and tap Forgot password. We'll send a one-time link that expires in about an hour. Open it, choose a new password, and you're back in.
Yes. Kingdom Base is a progressive web app, so it runs in any modern browser and installs to your home screen on both iPhone and Android. There's no app store download and no update to chase.
Yes. If you log someone while offline, Kingdom Base saves them on your device and shows a 'waiting to sync' indicator. The moment your connection returns — reconnect, app focus, or an automatic retry — the queued people sync to your account. A dead zone never costs you a name.
Log them immediately with their name and phone number, then set a next step with a due date. Kingdom Base reminds you before it's due. Reach out within 48 hours with a simple check-in: ask how they've actually been, whether anything feels different, what's confusing, and what you can pray for. Then help them find a local church family and repeat the rhythm.
Write their name, how to reach them if they offered it, one human detail from the conversation, and the next step you promised. Leave out medical history, family conflict, and anything you would not read aloud to them. If they did not agree to a follow-up, do not store a way to contact them.
Open the free Read John in 7 Days plan. Read one short passage of John out loud, ask the one question for that day, and pray in ordinary words. Seven sittings is enough to start. If you miss a day, pick up the next passage when you meet again.
Ask if you may pray, say it will take less than a minute, and wait for a yes. Pray in a few sentences using their name. If nothing changes, say so honestly and do not blame them. Never tell someone to stop medical care.
Stay close and keep it small. The same day, celebrate and send one plain explanation of new life in Christ. Over the next seven days, pray with them once, read a short passage of John together, help them tell one person they already love, and make a plan to meet at a church door. You do not need a curriculum before you start.
Three things, in this order. Celebrate with them and tell them plainly that they are forgiven and adopted, not on probation. Get a way to contact them. Then send them somewhere that explains being born again in plain language — IAmReborn.net was built for exactly that first week.
Yes. Tap 'Pin where you met' during quick capture and that person appears on your Outreach Map, colour-coded by where they are spiritually. Over time it becomes a visual record of where God has been sending you.
Street Session is one-handed field mode for outreach. Start a timed outing, tally conversations, prayers and gospel shares, and log names with giant tap targets. The screen stays awake, and if signal drops the names still save and sync later. End the session for a recap you can send your team.
A free public page with QR codes for the gift link, a 30-second gospel summary in English or Spanish, a simple salvation prayer, and print-ready cards. Use it before you go out so people have something to hold onto after the conversation. No login required.
Each day the app shuffles the people you've logged into a stable order and walks you through them one name at a time. Mark someone as prayed-for, skip them for later, or tap Call / Text from the card. When every name is covered, you're done for the day — that's how nobody gets forgotten.
Anyone you log lands in a 48-hour window. Aftercare is a focused queue of those names — call, text, WhatsApp, copy a check-in in English or Spanish, or tap 'I reached out' so the encounter doesn't go cold. It is the obedience half of evangelism, sitting next to Street Session.
They still matter. Aftercare keeps a Cooling list for two weeks after the window closes — people you never reached back to. Send the check-in anyway. Late faithfulness is still faithfulness.
Sunday Bench is where you put the people you invited to church. Save your church, service time, and where you'll stand. Text or WhatsApp the invite in English or Spanish, send a Saturday reminder, then mark who actually came. The point is to meet them at the door.
Yes. Print the free red/yellow/green outreach form from the Tally Sheet page, fill it on the street, then type the green-lights into Street Session or People so the 48-hour window can start.
Yes. Create or join a Love on City team and you get a shared prayer wall, event scheduling with reminders, a member roster, direct messages between teammates, and shared contacts when someone needs the whole team's help. Leaders get a dashboard with a per-member leaderboard and combined totals.
Any user can create a team from the Love on City Teams page. Give it a name and city, optionally set an access code to keep it private, and share the invite link. You don't need permission from anyone to start loving your city.
Only you, by default. Your contacts are private to your account and protected by row-level security at the database level. A person becomes visible to your team only if you deliberately share that contact to ask for help with prayer, discipleship or follow-up.
Yes — that's exactly how Love on Hamilton uses it. Print the free tally sheet at kingdombase.app/tally-sheet, carry it on a clipboard, and mark every conversation red (no interest), yellow (prayed, nothing further) or green (wants follow-up). Afterwards, one person opens the team's Outreach Session, snaps a photo of each sheet so it's archived, logs the three tallies, and types in the green lights. Each name becomes a contact shared with the team with a follow-up already due in 48 hours, and Kingdom Base warns you if that person is already in the team's records. Leaders see an 8-week trend of conversations, green lights and follow-through, and get a Monday summary notification.
Yes. Every record is scoped to your account and enforced by row-level security, so no other user can read your contacts. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, and we don't share your list with anyone.
Yes, any time. The People page has a one-tap CSV export of everyone you've logged, and a matching CSV import if you're bringing a list in from a spreadsheet. Your data belongs to you.
Export your CSV and your records come with you. Nothing is held hostage, and there's no subscription to cancel because there was never one to begin with.
