No. Kingdom Base is built for ordinary believers. If you can send a text message you can use it. Most people log their first person within about thirty seconds of signing up.
Create a free account, then tap the + button and enter a name. That's the whole first step. Everything else — follow-ups, prayer, teams, testimonies — builds on that one habit of writing the name down.
Yes. Kingdom Base is a progressive web app, so it runs in any modern browser and installs to your home screen on both iPhone and Android. There's no app store download and no update to chase.
Yes. If you log someone while offline, Kingdom Base saves them on your device and shows a 'waiting to sync' indicator. The moment your connection returns — reconnect, app focus, or an automatic retry — the queued people sync to your account. A dead zone never costs you a name.
Log them immediately with their name and phone number, then set a next step with a due date. Kingdom Base reminds you before it's due. Reach out within 48 hours with a simple check-in: ask how they've actually been, whether anything feels different, what's confusing, and what you can pray for. Then help them find a local church family and repeat the rhythm.

Yes. Tap 'Pin where you met' during quick capture and that person appears on your Outreach Map, colour-coded by where they are spiritually. Over time it becomes a visual record of where God has been sending you.
Yes. Create or join a Love on City team and you get a shared prayer wall, event scheduling with reminders, a member roster, direct messages between teammates, and shared contacts when someone needs the whole team's help. Leaders get a dashboard with a per-member leaderboard and combined totals.
Any user can create a team from the Love on City Teams page. Give it a name and city, optionally set an access code to keep it private, and share the invite link. You don't need permission from anyone to start loving your city.
Only you, by default. Your contacts are private to your account and protected by row-level security at the database level. A person becomes visible to your team only if you deliberately share that contact to ask for help with prayer, discipleship or follow-up.
Yes. Every record is scoped to your account and enforced by row-level security, so no other user can read your contacts. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, and we don't share your list with anyone.
Yes, any time. The People page has a one-tap CSV export of everyone you've logged, and a matching CSV import if you're bringing a list in from a spreadsheet. Your data belongs to you.
Export your CSV and your records come with you. Nothing is held hostage, and there's no subscription to cancel because there was never one to begin with.
