Three messages · free
A free card for the message after you meet someone. Same day, within 48 hours, and the Sunday invite, in English or Spanish. Their name, one detail, one question. If they did not give you a number, do not text them.
Send only what you promised, while they still remember your face.
English: Hey friend, it was good to meet you. Sending this like I said I would.
Español: Hola amigo, qué bueno conocerte. Te mando esto como te dije.
One real question. Then stop typing.
English: Hey friend, I was thinking about you and wanted to check in. How are you doing?
Español: Hola amigo, estaba pensando en ti y quería saber cómo estás. ¿Cómo te ha ido?
A time, a place, and you at the door. An invitation without those is a wish.
English: Hey friend, want to come with me to church this Sunday? I'll meet you at the door.
Español: Hola amigo, ¿vienes conmigo a la iglesia este domingo? Te espero en la puerta.
Step 1
A warm conversation is not permission to text. If they did not offer a number, pray for them and do not start a thread.
Step 2
Mention the real moment: the prayer, the question, the thing you promised. A generic 'great to meet you' sounds like a campaign.
Step 3
The 48-hour text asks how they are. The Sunday text names the service, the time, and where you will be standing.
Step 4
The perfect paragraph is how Thursday wins. Copy the short one and send it.
Use their name, mention the real conversation, and ask one question. If you promised a link, send it the same day. Check in again within 48 hours. Do not stack three messages in one text.
The same day if you promised something. Within 48 hours for a personal check-in, while they still remember you. After that, a late text is still better than silence, but it should stay short and human.
Do not text them. You can pray without a thread. Consent is the line between care and chasing a stranger.
Name the church, the time, and where you will meet them. Offer to walk in together. An invitation without a door and a person is easy to ignore.
The longer note is the text to send before you rewrite it. More examples are in what to text after evangelism.
