Kingdom Base is free to use. These terms keep it safe for you, for your team, and above all for the people you meet.

Using Kingdom Base

By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Treat people with love

Only save someone's details with their permission. Respect a no, and delete a person's information if they ask. Never use Kingdom Base to harass, pressure, shame or deceive anyone, to send spam, or to store anything unlawful.

Your content

What you enter stays yours. You give Kingdom Base permission to store and display it only as needed to run the app for you and the teams you share with. Content you make public, such as a public testimony, can be shown on public pages.

Teams

Team leaders can manage membership and see what is shared with the team. Leaving a team removes your access to its shared records. Outreach sessions and tally-sheet photos belong to the team's history.

Scripture

Availability

Kingdom Base is provided free and as is. We work to keep it reliable and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, so export anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, Kingdom Base and Thy Kingdom Network are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app.

Ending use

You can stop using Kingdom Base and erase your data at any time from your profile. Accounts that break these terms — especially by misusing other people's information — may be suspended.
