Free Christian CRM · Built for the Great Commission

Every person matters. Every next step, remembered.

Kingdom Base is a free Christian CRM built for evangelism and discipleship. It brings contact records, follow-up tasks, prayer requests, relationship journals, testimonies, and outreach teams into one browser-based app. Use it to remember the people you meet and keep the next commitment you make.

Try the interactive CRM tour

A simplified tour uses fictional sample data. Choose Jordan, Maya, or Sam, read their next step, preview a check-in, and complete or reschedule a sample task. Tour changes reset on reload and never create records or send messages.

Create a free workspace

For everyday disciple-makers

Remember a conversation with a neighbour, pray by name, and schedule the coffee you promised. Start with one person and one next step.

For street outreach teams

Capture people during outreach, record a session, and return to a clear follow-up list. Team events and shared updates help volunteers stay connected.

For churches and ministry leaders

Support the journey from a first gospel conversation to ongoing discipleship and church community. Keep outreach relationships alongside your existing church administration tools.

From a first hello to walking together

Remember the person

Ask permission to keep in touch. Save their name, preferred contact method, and one useful detail from the conversation. Avoid collecting details you do not need.

Keep the promise

Create a specific follow-up: send the resource you offered, ask about the prayer request, or arrange a conversation. Choose a date you can honour.

Walk together

Use the relationship journal to remember what you discussed. Pray, read Scripture together, and agree on another step that fits the person's response.

Connect and equip

Help a new believer connect with a healthy local church, grow in following Jesus, and learn to share their faith. Stages describe a relationship; they never measure a person's worth.

Before you start

What is a Christian CRM?

A Christian CRM is a tool for remembering ministry relationships and coordinating care. In an evangelism workflow, that means contact details, conversation notes, prayer requests, and a clear next follow-up. Kingdom Base is designed around that use case.

Is Kingdom Base free to use?

Yes. Kingdom Base is free to use and does not require a credit card. The interactive tour on this page needs no account. Create a free account to save your own people, follow-ups, prayer requests, and ministry records.

Can I try the evangelism CRM without signing up?

Yes. Use the interactive tour on this page to select fictional people, read their next step, preview a check-in, and complete or reschedule a sample task. Tour changes stay in the page and reset when you reload; they do not create ministry records or send messages.

Is this a replacement for church management software?

Kingdom Base focuses on evangelism relationships, follow-up, prayer, testimonies, and discipleship. It can complement your church management software. It is not presented as a replacement for giving, accounting, payroll, or formal church administration.

What should I record after an evangelism conversation?

With permission, record the person's name, preferred way to keep in touch, a brief conversation note, and the next step you agreed on. Add a prayer request only when appropriate. Respect requests to stop contact and keep sensitive details out of public testimonies.

Does Kingdom Base automatically text every contact?

No. A call or text link opens your device's calling or messaging app. You review and send the message yourself. The interactive tour only previews a draft and never contacts anyone.

Can I move my existing contact list into Kingdom Base?

The People workspace includes CSV import and export. Review your existing list, remove duplicate or unnecessary information, and ensure you have permission to keep using people's contact details before importing.
