“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations… teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.”

Something quietly heartbreaking happens after almost every powerful night of ministry. Hands go up. Tears come. Heaven genuinely rejoices. And then three weeks later, nobody can remember the name of the woman who wept in the third row.
Not because anyone stopped caring. Because nobody wrote it down.
Read the Great Commission slowly and you'll notice it has two halves, and we are famously good at the first one.
A decision is a birth, not a finish line. And nobody hands a newborn a pamphlet and wishes them luck.
A convert is someone who said yes. A disciple is someone who was walked with. The distance between the two is measured in follow-ups.
It isn't apathy. It's almost always logistics:
Every one of those is a systems problem wearing a spiritual costume. And systems problems have solutions.
Write the name down. Immediately. Before you get in the car.
That's it. That's the discipline everything else is built on. A name captured in ten seconds is a name you can pray for tonight, text on Thursday, and invite to church next month.
